Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and consumables.
  • Perform Goods Receipts and inventory transactions in Pronto.
  • Support operational and maintenance teams by ensuring materials are available when needed.
  • Accurately issue parts and materials to site end users.
  • Participate in daily safety meetings, pre‑starts, and hazard identification activities.
  • Ensure all materials are stored, handled, and transported in compliance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas including warehouses and laydown yards.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and spot checks.
  • Identify obsolete, surplus, or critical stock items and escalate as required.
  • Assist with returns, warranty claims, and supplier follow‑up.
  • Operate various equipment to offload and put away material received.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with attention to details.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
  • Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 60 pounds) during the workday.
  • Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts where required.
  • Work is in a mine setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity. 
  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in the mine environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
