Our Leadership Development Program is how we aim to develop the best leaders in the mining industry. The Program has two streams, both developed by us to address the unique leadership challenges of leaders at different levels within our organization.
Supervisor 101
Designed to build foundational leadership capability, grounded in the day-to-day work of a Supervisor and anchored to our Success Ingredients.
Operational Leadership Program
An immersive, hybrid program for Superintendents and Managers. The 12-week program includes an in-person workshop as well as virtual coaching.
