About this Privacy Policy

OceanaGold Corporation and its subsidiaries and related entities (referred to as OceanaGold, we, us or our) has implemented this Privacy Policy (Policy) to provide information about the types of Personal Information we may collect or hold, how we collect, hold, use and disclose that Personal Information, choices you have regarding our use of that Personal Information, and your ability to access or correct that Personal Information. If you wish to make any inquiries regarding this Policy, you should contact our Privacy Officer.

This Policy applies to the use of your Personal Information by OceanaGold unless otherwise stated.

We may also collect Personal Information about you from third parties and other sources such as our share registry service and corporate reporting services providers, our related entities, or other third parties (such as a recruitment agency or referee in connection with a job application). We may also supplement the information we collect with information from other sources, such as publicly available databases and publications and social media platforms. Where we engage with you multiple times over a short period in relation to the same matter, we may not provide you with a separate notice about privacy each time we engage with you.

In most cases, if you choose not to provide your Personal Information to us, we may not be able to provide you with requested information or effectively conduct business activities with you. In some circumstances the collection of Personal Information and sensitive information from employees or contractors is required in accordance with our policies and/or the requirements of a particular role.
