Job Description

We are seeking a full time Senior Business Partner – Data & Analytics to lead our global HR data strategy and drive evidence-based decision-making across a multinational organisation.

This role ensures global HR initiatives, systems, and analytics capabilities align with broader business in partnership with global People & Culture leaders and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong global HR experience, thrives in a matrixed international environment, and collaborates effectively across regions and cultures.

Experience within the mining or resources industry is a strong advantage, particularly in safety-driven and highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors administration across global operations, including configuration, governance, optimisation, and user enablement. 
  • Drive global HR data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, integrity, compliance, and consistency across regions. 
  • Leverage analytical tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Power BI, and other enterprise platforms) to generate insights that influence organisational decisions. 
  • Partner with regional and global HR teams to harmonise processes and enable scalable system solutions across countries. 
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and global rollouts. 
  • Conduct system audits, manage issue resolution, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Assess the organisation’s HR data analytics maturity and design a roadmap that supports enterprise-wide digital transformation. 
  • Provide coaching and capability-building to global People & Culture teams on reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling. 
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration across geographies, ensuring alignment between global standards and local regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or Information Technology
  • 10+ years of advanced experience in SAP SuccessFactors, preferably within a global or multi-country environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR operations across multiple regions or international business units. 
  • Strong understanding of global HR governance, compliance considerations, and cross-border workforce data management. 
  • Advanced analytical capability, with proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed organisation. 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence leaders across cultures and time zones. 
  • Experience within the mining or resources sector and onsite experience is highly desirable, particularly in operations-driven, safety-regulated environments. 
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing global team. 
  • Experience driving digital transformation or HR systems harmonisation initiatives is highly desirable.
