Approaches to stream works that avoid on-line works where possible and, where not possible, manages the timing of on-line works in streams which provide fish passage by providing temporary fish passage for the relevant species past the works or managing the timing of online works to avoid peak fish migration and spawning seasons. d. For any culvert required by the conditions of these consents to provide for fish passage to meet the requirements of Regulation 69 of the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Freshwater) Regulations 2020 (NESF). G46 The Consent Holder must implement the certified IWAEMP. However, in the event of any inconsistency between the conditions of this consent and the IWAEMP, the conditions of this consent shall prevail. Reporting G47 By 30 June each year the Consent Holder shall prepare an annual Instream Works Aquatic Ecology Monitoring Report which covers activities within Areas 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 for previous years monitoring period. The Monitoring Report shall include: a. A description of the stream works, riparian planting and other related actions completed by the Consent Holder in the previous twelve months; b. An assessment on progress towards achieving Conditions G34 and G36; c. Where aspects of the IWAEMP have not been implemented in accordance with expected timeframes, the Report shall include the reasons why, and the reasonably practicable measures that have been taken by the Consent Holder to address the failure to meet those timeframes; d. Whether there should be amendments made to the IWAEMP which would better assist the Consent Holder and in meeting the objectives of the IWAEMP. Replacement of Water Supplies
