Effects management Effects management to reduce any residual effects from helicopter activity or surface construction noise on fauna (birds, lizards, frogs) includes: • Undertaking construction over winter (out of breeding / active season) to reduce stress / disturbance to nesting birds, brooding frogs and active lizards.
