(1) Workforce Strategy  OGNZL to complete a Workforce Accommodation Assessment 6 months prior to commencement of the construction and operational phase.  Provision of an information pack providing guidance on the housing and accommodation options (various towns) and associated travel distances as part of OGNZL recruitment strategy. (2) Skills Development and Training Action Plan Increasing the local workforce participation through the implementation of a Skills Development and Training Action Plan will reduce the influx of new employees into the local area, thereby reducing the demand for housing Increased demand on community facilities and services Relevance:  Influx of population due to workforce requirements has the potential to result in pressure on community facilities and services  Ability of schools, medical and emergency facilities to accommodate an increase in demand. Skills Development and Training Action Plan Development of a local workforce will reduce the influx of new employees into the local area, thereby reducing the likelihood of there being pressure on community services and facilities Change in sense of pllaacce Relevance:  Change in character and sense of place associated with Willows Road, a rural environment characterised by farming activities, as a result of the introduction of new activities that are in contrast with the current environment.  Clear, transparent and consistent messaging regarding the project on a regular basis.  Sharing of information related to the WNP and anticipated effects (specialist studies) with those residents in Willows Road affected by proximity. Experts to be made available to outline the findings of their reports.  Continuation of the OGNZL complaints registration and feedback process.
