It would also be expected that some form of security lighting would be provided for construction buildings and plant. The Area 2 Sub-AEE also states (Section 3) that temporary workshops and facilities would be established within the Willows Road SFA to support the initial construction and tunnelling works. Luminaires would typically be aimed at a high angle to the ground to provide broad lighting coverage across the construction area.
