Grout Pumping and Injection Operations TR 003 ▪ Grout Pump operation lever in the “high pressure” position. ▪ Rotate the flow regulation valve until pump begins to run. ▪ Check the speed of the pump stroke by looking at the movement of the piston rod and adjust speed as needed using the flow control valve. ▪ Grout will now be recirculating through the grout pump and into the agitator tank. ▪ When ready to send grout through the grout discharge hose, open the grout discharge valve and close the grout recirculation valve.
