Grout Pumping and Injection Operations TR 003 ▪ Then use the Pump pressure regulation knob (high pressure control) to increase the pressure within the Grout Pump by turning the knob clockwise until you detect pressure registering on the grouting pressure gauge. ▪ Continue to turn the knob until the specified maximum grouting pressure (refusal) is registering on the gauge and then lock the knob using the locking screw. ▪ Then turn the flow regulation valve clockwise to zero flow. ▪ Turn the Grout Pump operation lever to horizontal position/off. ▪ To release the built up pressure in the grout pump, carefully open the pump recirculation valve. ▪ The maximum grouting pressure is now set and limited to the preset pressure. 2.
