Grout Pumping and Injection Operations TR 003 This is only to be completed if the proxy switch is unserviceable (u/s) and if this is the case, the pump must not be used until this is rectified. Also this task should only be conducted once the machine has been isolated. ▪ Check operation of the Grout Mixer by turning the Mixer on/off lever to the right. Water should be swirling in the mixer. ▪ Check operation of the Agitator Tank by rotating the Agitator on/off lever to the right. The stirrer in the tank should be rotating. ▪ Check operation of the Agitator Tank safety switch by lifting the tank hatch to see if the rotating stirrer stops when hatch is lifted. Rotation checking can be performed by observing the mixer shaft rotation under the hydraulic motor.
