Grout Pumping and Injection Operations TR 003 ▪ Check condition of grout transfer hoses, from Mixer to Agitator and from Agitator to Pump. Check operation of the connectors and condition of rubber seals in the connectors. ▪ Check condition of main grout valves, Grout Recirculation Valve (top) and Grout Discharge Valve (bottom). Ensure they operate freely and smoothly. Lubricate as needed. Close Discharge Valve. Open Recirculation Valve. ▪ Check condition of all hydraulic hoses for signs of wear or leakage.
