Operation of the Grout Pump This section provides instruction on the safe and efficient operation of the Atlas Copco Grout Pump for preventing and in response to, high pressure and high volume water ingress into the underground mine. 1.4.1 Pre-start and Start-up Checks Atlas Copco Unigrout Flex-E high pressure grouting platform 1.4.2 Pre-start ▪ Walk around machine to check the following, using the Daily PreStart – Grout Pump Book (FRM78580000 Daily Pre-Start – Grout Pump). ▪ Check condition of switch box and that main isolator switch is OFF. ▪ Check Emergency Stop button is released and operational (turn clockwise).
