This SSESCP provides design erosion and sediment control (ESC) measures indicating how the site will manage runoff during these construction activities. This document should be read in conjunction with the Assessment of Environmental Effects prepared by Mitchell Daysh and Engineers Report (Tailings Storage and Rock Disposal – Northern Rock Stack), prepared by Engineering Geology Limited. The NRS has been broken up into three stages, in brief: Stage 1 – Establishment of topsoil stockpiles and the construction of a new workshop platform and Collection Pond Stage 2 – Construction of the uphill clean water diversion. Stage 3 – Full perimeter infrastructure and site establishment.
