The soil samples generally retained persistently mobile fine colloidal particles and had variable clarity and turbidity responses. In most cases the coagulants provided significant improvement of clarity and turbidity compared to the control. Both PAC and Superfloc provided consistent rates of settlement for the soil types Control 2mg/L 4mg/L 6mg/L 8mg/L 10mg/L Control 2mg/L 4mg/L 6mg/L 8mg/L 10mg/L
