| Summary and Recommendation | WNP Processing Plant Air Discharge Assessment | 4397169-66885702-113 | 16/06/2022 | 3 Sensitivity: General The dispersion of discharges from carbon generation stack are heavily influenced by building downwash. The stack also discharges horizontally from the side of the Processing Plant building which inhibits plume rise. Both factors appear to have greater impact on ground level concentrations compared to the velocity and temperature of the discharge. Table D2.
