Overall, providing OGNZL continues to use the current mine dust mitigation measures (refer to Section 3) and implements the recommended additional mitigation measures and monitoring described in Section 8, and installs additional mercury emission control equipment the risk of discharges to air creating adverse effects that are noxious, dangerous, offensive or objectionable beyond the boundary of the mine is considered to be low.
