There is no permitted effects ratio specified for activities within the Martha Mineral Zone, and as such the activities are noncomplying. OGNZL intends to apply for a proposed plan change to the hazardous substances section of the HDP. The purpose of the proposed plan change is to provide for the effective, consistent and efficient regulation of the storage, use, disposal and transportation of hazardous substances by mining related activities. Changes to the performance standards and activity statuses are proposed, but there are no changes to the objectives and policies.
