GHD is also not responsible for updating this report if the site conditions change. 1.4 Assumptions Notwithstanding the assumptions outlined in the respective sections of this report, the following list of key assumptions are applicable to the assessment provided: The current geochemical dataset is limited to samples taken from drill cores located in the vicinity of proposed Willows Access Tunnel and adjacent Willows Road Farm area and exploration drilling core material within the Wharekirauponga orebodies. It has been assumed that this dataset is representative of all spoil material. Based on the assumption that all spoil material is acid-producing, it is assumed that the WRS is constructed in a manner that will limit oxidation (i.e., placed on low permeability material, placed in compacted lifts, amended with limestone).
