Monitoring that is required to be undertaken for the period when any dewatering activities are occurring within the mine to enable timely assessment of stream flows against the surface flow alert levels set in accordance with (d) above, including rainfall, surface water flows and groundwater levels and pressure. Prior to submitting the Mine Area Groundwater Management Strategy to the Consent Authority, it must be provided to the Expert Groundwater Management Panel for review and comment in accordance with Conditions 20 - 26. 15 All activities related to dewatering and groundwater management in the Mine Area must be undertaken in accordance with the certified Mine Area Groundwater Management and Monitoring Strategy. 16 The Consent Holder may make amendments to the Mine Area Groundwater Management and Monitoring Strategy at any time, subject to the certification of the Consent Authority.
