35 e. the likely cause of the complaint and any factors that influenced its severity; f. the response made by the Consent Holder; and g. action taken or proposed as a result of the complaint including the steps to be taken in future to prevent recurrence of similar events. The complaint log shall be made available to the Waikato Regional Council at all reasonable times and a copy shall be forwarded to the Waikato Regional Council at six monthly intervals
