Proposed Resource Consent Conditions

7 Condition Explanation of this consent and the Chemical Treatment Plan the conditions of this consent shall prevail. G23 The Consent Holder shall ensure that a copy of the certified Chemical Treatment Plan, including any confirmed amendments, is kept onsite and this copy is updated within 5 working days of any amendments being certified by the Waikato Regional Council under Condition G18. Site Specific Erosion and Sediment Control Plans G24 At least 10 working days prior to the start of construction works in any Area listed in Condition G3, the Consent Holder must submit a Site Specific Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (SSESCP) for works in that Area to the Waikato Regional Council for confirmation that it: a. Has been prepared in general accordance with the draft SSESCP included as Appendix C of the Southern Skies Erosion and Sediment Control Assessment Report dated June 2022 which was submitted as Part H of the application documents; and b. As a minimum meets the information requirements in and gives effect to the matters set out in Condition G25. G25 Each SSESCP shall include, at minimum: a. A description of the construction activities to be undertaken; b. The specific erosion and sediment control measures to be implemented to achieve the conditions of this consent, including their location, dimensions and capacity; c. Supporting calculations and design drawings; d. Catchment boundaries and contour information; e. Location(s) of stabilised entranceway(s); f. Details of temporary and permanent stabilisation; and g. The construction methodology for any stream works within the relevant SSESCP works area. G26 Construction works in an Area listed in Condition G3 must not commence until the SSESCP required by Conditions G24 and G25 has been certified by the Waikato Regional Council. G27 The Consent Holder may submit an updated SSESCP for an Area to the Waikato Regional Council at any time for certification in accordance with Condition G24.
