Proposed Resource Consent Conditions

1 PROPOSED WAIKATO REGIONAL COUNCIL CONDITIONS SCHEDULE TWO GENERAL WAIKATO REGIONAL COUNCIL CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY TO ALL WAIKATO REGIONAL COUNCIL CONSENTS Condition Explanation General G1 The activities authorised by this consent shall be undertaken in general accordance with the information contained in the Assessment of Environmental Effects (23 June 2022) and supporting technical documents submitted by OceanaGold New Zealand Limited (“the Consent Holder”) to the Waikato Regional Council ("the Council") in support of its resource consent applications for the Waihi North Project under the Resource Management Act 1991 (“Act”), and as amended by the conditions below. G2 In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the documents noted above and the conditions of this consent, the conditions shall be determinative. Interpretation G3 For the purposes of these consents: a. The Biodiversity Project Area and Areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 mean the areas identified on Plans BP1, WNP1, WNP2, WNP3, WNP4, WNP5, WNP6 and WNP7 attached to and forming part of his consent. b. Mine site means Areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 mean the areas identified on Plans WNP1, WNP2, WNP3, WNP4, WNP5, WNP6 and WNP7 attached to and forming part of his consent. Management Plan Certification Process G4 The following management plans are required to be submitted to the Waikato Regional Council for certification under the conditions of these consents: a. Chemical Treatment Plan; b. Site Specific Erosion and Sediment Control Plans; c. Instream Work Aquatic Ecology Management Plan; d. Water Management Plan;
