66 Condition Explanation Advice Notes: Such a review should only be commenced after consultation between the Consent Holder and the Hauraki District Council, and the Consent Holder shall pay the actual and reasonable costs of the review. Notwithstanding Condition 191 above, where the Hauraki District Council elects to review Conditions C62 to C65 or Schedule One of this consent, such a review should be undertaken after consultation with the Waikato Regional Council.
