The installation and use of monitoring equipment, including piezometers; and xxi. Rehabilitation and closure activities. c. Within Area 2: i. Establishment and use of the Willows Portal; ii. Establishment and use of the tunnel from Willows Portal to the Wharekirauponga Mine Dual Tunnel (tunnel decline to the boundary of the property shared with the Coromandel (Indigenous Forest) Zone); iii. Establishment and use of the ventilation shaft on Willows Road Farm outside of the Coromandel Forest Park boundary; iv. Vegetation clearance; v. Earthworks (i.e. topsoil removal and stockpiling) and the implementation of sediment control measures; vi. Construction of internal access roads and associated car parking; vii. Establishment of noise bunds / screens and security fencing; viii. Establishment of services and water management systems; ix. Establishment and use of the Willows Rock Stack; x. Establishment and use of topsoil, lime and other non-acid forming material stockpiles; xi. Establishment of silt and collection ponds; xii. Establishment of a surface magazine compound; xiii. Installation and use of a substation and switch room; xiv. Mitigation planting / biodiversity enhancement;
