107 5 All construction works shall be implemented under the supervision of persons with appropriate experience in the supervision of civil engineering construction works. 6 The site shall be left tidy following the placement of the structure and all equipment and surplus construction materials shall be removed from the river. 7 The structures shall be maintained in a structurally sound condition at all times and not be removed prior to the expiry of this consent.
