102 a. Prior to commencement of construction of GOPTSF; b. At all critical stages during the ongoing design and construction of GOPTSF, but not less than annually; c. On the completion of GOPTSF; and d. Following any significant design changes; and shall address at least the following matters: e. Progress against the Annual Work Programme; f. Site preparation including hydrogeological issues and geotechnical issues; g. Foundation and liner design; h. Embankment design and construction; I. All underdrainage systems; j. Tailings impoundment management; k. Monitoring; and l. Rehabilitation and closure plans.
