B-6 – Area 6 – Assessment of Environmental Effects 117 Minimise the risk of adverse effects to the environment and the community associated with the storage of hazardous substances;208 Minimise the risk of adverse effects on the environment and community from contaminated land and the disposal of hazardous substances;209 and Ensure contaminated land is managed in such a way as to avoid use or development that presents a risk to human health, safety or the environment, or ensure that land is managed so that any potential risk is at acceptable levels for the proposed land use and the environment.210 In accordance with these directives: The delivery of hazardous substances will be by truck via SH25, Baxter Road and internal access roads within the OGNZL landholding. Any transport of hazardous substances will also be in accordance with the Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005.
