Section 3: Provides a description of the proposed activities for which resource consent is sought. Section 4: Is an analysis of the resource consents required for the proposed activities under the RMA. Section 5: Provides an assessment of environmental effects associated with the proposed activities. Section 6 Outlines how the environmental effects of the proposed activities will be managed, including proposed conditions of consent.
