As the permitted activity standards outlined in Rule 4.2.14 are unable to be complied with, resource consent will be required as a discretionary activity under Rule 4.2.4.4. The structures will not require piles to be erected in the bed. To take, use, dam and divert water (RMA s14 consents) To take groundwater for construction dewatering purposes.
