B-2 – Area 2 - Assessment of Environmental Effects 37 3.5 LIGHTING Lighting will be established around the Willows Road site to provide for activities outside of daylight hours. This will include fixed pole and building mounted lighting and the use of mobile lighting plant to support construction and servicing activities. Mobile lighting plant will be operated in accordance with OGNZL’s Standard Operating Procedure for Towing and Setting up Lighting Plants. This procedure includes a note to “Do not shine towards a public road or buildings”. All lighting will be designed, located and directed so that the level of artificial lighting measured at the boundary of any privately owned property (or property not subject to an agreement with OGNZL) is no greater than 8.0 Lux.6 3.6 STORAGE AND USE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES Table 1 lists the hazardous substances that will be stored within Area 2 for use as part of the Willows SFA.
